Job Description
Hi,
There is an opening at Infosys for Lateral between 13- 42 months experience.
Software Engineer (Lateral)
Locations : Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Mysore, Pune, Trivandrum

Responsibilities :
Design / develop / test / maintain software applications according to the timelines specified by team leader
Stringently follow processes in ensuring compliance and quality
Work cohesively in a team and contribute towards team objectives

Qualification : BE / BTech / MCA (Full time) with excellent academic performance
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Experience/Skills :
13- 42 months of IT experience in a leading organization as Programmer
Good technical skills and process awareness
Good communication skills and attitude
Selection Process
If the candidate has IT work experience less then 12 months, then the candidate would be considered as FRESHER and need to go through the written test. Once the candidate clears the written test, they would be scheduled for the personal interview. No connectinfy referral rewards are applicable for freshers. If the candidate has IT work experience between 12 months to 24 months, candidate may be considered for the Software engineer (Lateral) role. The candidate would need to go through the written test. These tests are held once in three months. Once the candidate clears the written test, they would be scheduled for the technical and personal interview. All the shortlisted candidates shall be sent a call letter with the relevant details about the test venue, date, time and type of the test shall also be communicated once the test dates are finalized.
If the candidate has more then 24 months of IT experience, the candidate shall be called for Technical and personal interview directly provided they meet our selection criteria.
