Job Description
The details of requirements are as follows :
Sr. .Net professional :
Experience: - 4 to 8 years
Mandatory Skills - C#, Asp.net, webservices, .net remoting, XML, sql
server, oracle, HTML, javascript
Desirable Skills - Biz talk server, Share point server, Windows mobile
application development, design skills like uml, rational rose or visio.
Tech Lead / PM (.Net C#):
Experience: - 8 to 12 years
The overall responsibility is for project co-ordination and day-to-day
direction of offshore team and interaction with onshore team.
The major points as follows:
* Point of contact for on-site, staff and the management.
* Manage deliverables and plans for multiple projects. Provide leadership
to the implementation team.
* Set up practices that ensure the focus of the project team on the right
goals, integrity and quality of the work turned out, and the quality of
the Project.
* Provide management and technical guidance to IT project members.
* Manage / Lead / Code the projects primarily on latest MS technologies
(VS .net 2005)
