Job Description
Requirement I : Senior Dot Net Developers
1) Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience
2) Good knowledge in C# and SQL is a must
3) Should have worked on n tiered applications
4) Prior experience in leading a team is favourable
5) Should posses experience in visio/project estimates/project tracking
6) Ability to communicate with clients and handle projects independently.
7) Good communication skill both verbal and written is a must
Requirement II : Junior Dot Net Programmer
1) Candidate should have a minimum of 2.5 years of work experience
2) Should have worked on core ASP and Dot Net Programming
3) Should have the experience to work with databases/queries/stored procedured independantly
4) Proficient in XML, XSL and Webservices
5) Good communication skill is a must and should be able to communicate effectively with the customer
6) Ability to write clean, standard codes
