Please find below there requirement for Flash programmers.
*Position :* Flash Programmers
*Required skills:* At least a year's experience in developing courses in
the E-Learning industry or a similar development industry. 2.
Proficiency in Flash action scripting. (AS 1.0 and AS 2.0 – Must) 3.
Knowledge in Implementing OOPS in Flash programs. 4. Knowledge in XML.
5. Basic Knowledge in HTML and Javascript. 6. Working knowledge in
Dreamweaver (0ptional). 7. Conceptual knowledge in E-Learning standards
like SCORM and AICC.
