Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete understanding of Domain & Requirements
• Responsible for addressing requirements
• Document, review and control development activities
• Change Management of Requirements
• Ensuring that Team Members adhere to deadlines
• Ensuring adherence to the design document
• Giving feedback to Team Member's on how to improve Quality
• Co-ordination with Project Manager on all issues in the project
• Whether all team members are up-to-date in their knowledge relevant to their activities.
• Fulfilling Client deadlines
• Ensuring learning is complete before development begins
• Clarifying technical issues within team members
• Coordinating activities of Team Members
• Setting up Review sessions for Projects
• Requirement Traceability to completion
• Work Product Review
Profile requirements:
Academic qualification:
Required Desired Comments
Graduate. UG - BCA/BSc-Computer Science, Maths, Physics. PG - Engineering-Computer Science, MCA/MSc-Computer Science,Information Technology. Should have worked min of 3 years on projects using ASP.NET / VB.NET/ C# / SQL Server
Experience:
5 plus years experience in Microsoft technologies
Hard core technical person with good people management skills and good communication. Should have worked min of 3 years on projects using ASP.NET / VB.NET/ C# / SQL Server
.NET, C#, Asp.Net, Vb.Net Database, Design Skills, Architecture familiarity, MS Products Hard core technical person with good people management skills and good communication.
Exposure to CMM/ISO9000 based processes.
Should be able to guide and groom juniors, Self initiative
Compensation Range:
Will be decided after the discussions/interviews with the candidate depending upon his/her level of experience.
