5 – 8 years of experience working for an ISV in the Software Industry
• Experience in leading teams of 3 to 6 individuals.
• Experience with project estimation and few estimation techniques
• Ability to translate requirements into solid designs.
• Experience in leading technical team with implementation (Strong experience with designing windows/web applications)
• Experience in leading team with Unit Test and reviews
• Experience in tracking schedule
• Experience with Requirements Analysis (Should be able to formulate
Business Requirements to Technical Specifications)
• Experience in handling/managing/trouble-shooting technical issues
• Strong working experience with OO technologies, Windows C++, COM, some exposure to MFC, SQL (Database Interactions)
• Prior experience in one or more of the following would be desirable
1. LDAP Services / Active Directory Services
2. Lotus Domino API
3. Exchange API
• Experience with multiple Operating systems including NT.
• Experience with any processes/methodologies is a must.
• Experience with configuration management systems. ClearCase expertise is preferred.
Experience with object oriented development is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication ability is a must.
