The ability to develop high-quality and advanced C/C++/C#, ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, VB, DHTML, XML/XSLT, ADO, ADO.NET, SQL and stored procedures. Very strong problem solving skills, high creativity, and the ability to discuss advanced technical concepts at an abstract technical level. The ability to write and debug low-level Windows server and client code for advanced features and for performance optimizations.
Qualification: BE/MCA/MCS

Experience: 5 to 12 years
Responsibilities:
Take personal ownership of product quality and timeliness. Deliver on-time and high-quality software. Work effectively as a valued team member, promoting team work and team spirit.
Take end-to-end ownership of row assignments in the product development matrix. Actively participate in architecture and design reviews. Acquire a deep understanding of the business requirements for the client subsystem. Work closely with Product Management to learn, understand, and to contribute. Work proactively in a cross-functional manner to understand peers and their domains to ensure seamless hand-offs and integrations. Explore deep technological solutions that can be effectively leveraged in the client. Internalize time-to-market and pick appropriate solutions and drive delivery closely follow the company’s software development process and methodologies help refine and enhance these processes and methodologies. Aggressively set and drive schedules in order to optimize time-to-market. Work proactively to involve SQA peers in all phases of design and development.
Continually explore better methods for enhancing product quality. Effectively communicate status and issues to management in a timely and proactive manner. Blog daily on the company Intranet portal. Continually learn and enhance relevant technical and inter-personal skills and strive for individual, team and company excellence. Continually research and explore emerging Microsoft servers, software, tools and techniques that could be leveraged by the product.• Excellent verbal and written communication ability is a must.
