Job Description
* BE/ BTech/ MCA.
* 5 plus years experience in design, development & testing using MS technologies.
* Experience in working with database-backed web applications mandatory .
* Understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions and provide technical training to project teams for new designs .
* Should be conversant with server administration issues, performance issues and tuning .
* Strong research & analytical orientation with an ability to grasp & integrate new technologies rapidly .
* Must have exposure to current and evolving technical trends and best practices .
* Must have the ability to propose, present and defend architectures, critically analyze to improve existing architectures and review code.
