Job Description
Hello,
Dear Candidates we sponsor H1B visas to senior j2 EE candidates with 6yrs
exp and dot Net professionals with 6yrs exp.this is a very urgent
requirement kindly reply to this mail immediately.
What we offer:

The process:
A) On getting technically short listed, you will be briefed on the terms
of sponsorship. On mutual agreement of the terms, we will collect the
necessary copies of documents required for filing the H1b, sign the
appropriate agreements, and roll off your offer letter.
B) You H1B file will be readied and the H1b petition will be filed as
soon
as it opens on 1st April 2006
C) On approval of your H1b (sometime around August/September 2006) you
will
be booked for a stamping interview at your nearest US consulate.
D) On stamping, you will be given a 30-45 days lead time to wind up here
and travel to join us in USA. Till the time you join us in US, you can
continue wherever you are.
Agreements to be signed off between you and Nous
a) Minimum service agreement with Nous stating that you will work with
Nous
USA for a minimum period of 1 year before being allowed to change our
employer.
b) Agreement stating that in the event you do not join Nous, you will
repay to Nous, all expenses incurred by Nous towards processing and/or
procuring your Visa.
In addition, you will have to either furnish
1) A Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1 Lac to Nous Infosystems. In the event of
your
joining Nous, the bank will release the BG back to you. In the event of
you
not joining, the bank will release the BG in favor of Nous, towards part
compensation of the visa expenses. The balance amount will have to be
repaid by you.
Or
2) Original degree and schooling certificates to Nous Infosystems. These
documents will be kept by Nous under acknowledgement, as collateral, till
you join Nous in USA.
