Job Description
A Senior .NET developer should have at least 2
years using .NET in a work environment, with Windows Forms (not ASP.NET)
Requisite - Strong in C#.
Requisite - Understanding of Object Orientated concepts.
Requisite-Involvement in Architecture Design&Database
Design, HLD and LLD Preparation
Requisite - Quick to learn and adaptable
Requisite - Client Interaction
Advantage - Familiarity with XML./XSL
Advantage - Familiarity with SQL.
Advantage - Project Management is an added Advantage.
Advantage - Understanding of UML is an advantage but can be
provided.
Advantage - Able to manage a small module
Advantage - Able to train and mentor more junior members
