o 6 Plus Years experience in design, development & testing using open source technologies
o Experience in working with database-backed web applications mandatory, candidate should have excellent technical skills and will be involved in all phases of development.
o Must be a proven leader, understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions and provide technical training to project teams for new designs.
o Should be research & analytical orientation with an ability to grasp& integrate new technologies rapidly.
o Must have exposure to current and evolving technical trends and best practices.
o Must have ability to propose, present and defend architectures, critically analyze to improve existing architectures and review code.
