Data and log files expand by what increment?

Boss,

That depends on your selection , you can able to change the file growth of both MDF and LDF.

sathiyasivam you r wrong.

Data and log files expand by increment by 64KB.

This is Default value i think.You can change this using enterprise manager. if the incoming data is going to be large ?
