Did you purchased any 3rd party chart control? If yes you can add the control dll using add reference option in the solution. Means, simply right click ur project and select add reference and browse the chart control dll and add it.

Chart controls are not avaiable in VS 2005 you need to purchase 3rd party tools and follow their documentation instruction
