I have downloaded Excelling.dll.When I add the reference following error is displayed-
A reference to 'C:\Documents and Settings\Dilip1\Desktop\Excelling.dll' could not be added. This is not a valid assembly or COM component. Only assemblies with extension 'dll' and COM components can be referenced. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.
I have downloded this dll from http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/Excelling.asp.
Is there any problem with dll ? Are there any resources to download this dll other than
http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/Excelling.asp.
