Working with requiredfieldvalidator

I have placed 3 textboxes and 2 buttons in my webpage and set RequiredFieldValidator to the 3 textboxes.
My problem is The validations should work only for one button click.
The other button click should function well even if the textboxes are empty.
How can i get it done?

set the second button property
CausesValidation=False
