Linking Url from Db with the image logo

hi friends,

In a .net page the when clicking the logo taken from the sql db it has to go to the url specified in the db table. the name of the url db in sql is "url" but i dont know how to take the url and link it with the code given below for getting my output. Sorry for confusing u. I dont have enough time to explain in detail. I need it urgently.
