Error loading type library/DLL. in system.web.mail when i use upload my code in server

i send email and it's working on local server at home
i've uploaded my file to webhosting.net site
and i get this error when i send the email :
Error loading type library/DLL.
Exception Details: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Error
loading type library/DLL.
i line : System.Web.Mail.SmtpMail.Send(mail)
plz send me suggestion as soon as

I feel this problem is related with dotnet framework.
Try to run dotnetfix.exe on the server m/c and Ihope this problem will go.

The SMTP host property is set to 'smtp.mahom' it this correct host?
Could catch this exception and post the stack trace?
Also, you can verify with the hosting site if there is any support available from them because they might have encountered such problems earlier and might have have got ready solution.
