    Hi,

You may find multiple solutions in the below link. Try one by one and see which one will work for you,

    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/198691/why-do-my-toolbox-items-disappear-in-visual-studio-2008

Kindly let me know if none works.

follow the steps to make it correct,
    - Close all visual studio open if it is open
    - click Windows - Run
    - type 'devenv /resetskippkgs'
    - Now after visual studio gets open, right click on Toolbox
    - Select "choose Items..."
    - Now Browse 'MSFLXGRD.OCX' file (here MSFLXGRD.dll is not working)
    - click on OK, and it will add it in toobox

Strange! Can you post the screen print of your toolbox?

Did ever works this for you?

Is it happening for all the projects or only for a specific project.

I saw one more thread related to this topic, not sure you have gone through this already. If not, try this too,
