    Hello Gorakh Jadhav,

If you are using Office 2003 than you can store 65,535 rows.

In later versions 2007, 2010, 2013 you can store upto 10,48,576 rows.

So you can store 1,00,000 records easily. Try to use Excel 2007 or 2010.

    Hope this will help you.

'Aspose' is third party component, you should check for their help forum, they will help you more in order to resolve the problem.
As nirav said, Excel 2007+ has increased their limit, so you can try on them.
Alternatively you can fetch records in batches to avoid the conflits
