I receive error while running software "Fault in MSVBVM60.DLL"

When I run one software in PC it shows error that called "ActiveX component can not create object",
"Fault Module Name : MSVBVM60.DLL". Im doing some practices by changing its permission as it is not permited to read control . It is situated in win7(C:/Windows/system32/MSVBVM60.DLL).

If anybody knows about this issue please share with me some solution steps.

    Thanks in advance!!

you can register that MSVBVM60.DLL to your system by:

    1. open command prompt as Run as administrator
    2.write command "regsvr32 "
    3. drag and drop that MSVBVM60.DLL after regsvr32 and hit enter

or simply copy that .MSVBVM60.DLL and paste it in windows>System32
