Helpdesk tool "FreshDesk" REST API: Can anyone create a new Ticket?Hi!
I have question about a 3rd party helpdesk ticketing system: FreshDesk which provides a REST API.
Does anyone can confirm that by using this REST API anyone can add a new Ticket?
I already struggle with the FreshDesk support but they claim that everything works just fine and did not manage to help me for more than 2 days for now.
(I am not sure if this question is in a right place in the forum).
