Basically "SALARY" things are depending upon your respected company's policy. In many company salary no bar right candidate. But in some company salary decide on your experience. in same cases many companies calculate salary on current salary.

    Hi pinky
for your concern, you can ask for atleast 50-60% hike of your current salary. Provided you are 2 years exp you can negotiate well and ask for atleast that much

    Hi,

There are various factors you can consider while negotiating salary that it depends on the company you are going for interview and your skills whether they are in demand of your skills they will provide according to your package or else they will reduce or not offer job. So consider all factors and then ask correct salary package.

    Hai Pinky,
Its all depends on the companies. If there is the small company, they can give you the hike of 20-30% of your current salary. But if there is the Big MNC company, then they have their salary band and they will give you the salary based on the salary band for the same experience. For those companies it doesn't matter that how much you are getting currently.
    Hope for the best.
Hope it will be helpful to you.

    Hi pinky,
Getting good salary depends up on the companies policies. What you can improve is the skillset. If candidates have fare knowledge of .Net 4.5 , WPF , WCF or any advanced technologies then it will be added advantage to get better job.
Concentrate more on learning. I am sure you will get good salary hike.

I hope it is useful for you.

Surely you can ask more than that if

If you have knowledge of latest technologies and you are having expertise in one of that area.

    Your technical/hr interview is outstanding

I suggest go for some Microsoft certification before applying to any job it will definitely help you in getting higher rank among other candidates and salary negotiations.

    Hi,

That will depend on the company. And if there is any urgent requirement and if you demand any some will offer what you expected. :-)
Most of the companies will offer 30-60% whatever u had now.

My suggestion is try to learn WCF/WPF on your interest, which will become plus to your CV. And attempt interviews awesome, then you can ask more then. :-)
