Hi,

Before execute the program, you can set the settings in IE as default browser. Then you can execute.

Steps to change:

Click the Start button ---> Click Control Panel---> Click Internet Options. Then select the program tab and click the default web browser.

Other option right click on the html file and choose open with --> choose program. small pop up window is appear in that select which browser you want to open and tick the check box "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file". After that whenever you double click on the html file it will open in IE browser only

You can set the Browse with option in the application by Right clicking the solution.

Set the Internet explorer as a default browser there. So that once you run the application the application will be opened in IE only.

This is not possible. However you can throw an alert that Please use Internet Explorer using JavaScript. To Make Internet Explorer Default Browser for any protocol or Page Type, follow the procedure:

Computer >> Control Panel (on Ribbon) >> All Control Panel Items >> Default Programs >> Set Default Programs (Directly Search on Start Menu for 'Set Default Programs') >> Click on IE on Left Navigation and Click Choose Defaults for This Program Button. There you can set When you want to Make IE Default.

Good Luck .

Glad to be,
