Sql server is missing..

help me out..i had installed a fresh version of ms visual studio 2010 ultimate ...but i am not able to use "service based database template".... of visual studio...

What is the problem can you please explain us what is the exact issue.

when i choose the option add new item- service based database...it comes up with the message box.....i.e
connections to the SQl server database files(.mdf )requires sql server 2005 or sql server 2008 to be installed on your computer...
although i had installed sql server 2008 as recommended ....but still showing not helpful
