Hi,
Generally company considers development experience while recruiting because they want the resources who have hands-on experience in real time projects , client interaction etc.
Or you can ask for corporate trainer positions which are available in different MNCs. If you are very good in developing applications then teaching experience won't be a barrier for you.
Good luck!

Hi,
Prepare well for an interview and crack with your knowledge.
You are in to teaching so it seems your communication skills must be very good. Those skills require at the time of interview.
Go with determination and tell interviewer that if given an opportunity ,you can do well in development as well.
There are many areas in educational domain also which can be taken into consideration while job searching.
All the best!

Regards,
Prachi Kulkarni.

Hai Dipin,
Its true that companies won't accept the teching expereince as the main development experience for your profile.
If you are having 4 years teching experience, you cna apply for 3+ yrs exp and try to attend the interviews with the same experience so that you cna get the questions which they can ask.
Best of luck.

Yes I agree with you. Companies would not accept teaching experience. But as you say that you have MBA degree then I think for become a developer at first you should learn programming languages. After that you can try in any small software company then after getting experience in programming field you can switch to big company.
