i want to know the career in silverlight,
Is silverlight is better to make career and is this useful,if i works on silverlight technology in future for my career

My personal suggestion is do not choose Silverlight for your career. Actually now day's HTML 5 and CSS 3 are doing most of the work that people usually does in Silverlight and flash. Even Microsoft is also focusing on HTML 5 and CSS 3 because they have used that in new Windows 8.
So go for .Net development instead of just Silverlight because .net covers most of the technologies including Silverlight

Hi,
Sliverlight is a plug-in for viewing your windows applications in the browser. If you choose WPF along with sliverlight then this combination will help you in getting projects in near future.
As .net comes up with new versions , its better to know about concepts , so that if in future implementation is required then you can develop such applications.
Knowing only sliverlight and not other things won't help.

Hi,
Choose sliverlight only if you like to write and run rich Internet applications with features and purposes similar to Adobe Flash. It has scope in areas of GPU accelerated video decoding, 3D graphics, playback speed controls, remote control etc.
Silverlight has also good scope in mobile development market.
