Hi,

You can ask bank HR related to the designation they have internally. Once you get the details you can match the experience with the designation and you can demand for that. Regarding the salary companies normally decides based on your current salary. If you have performed exceptionally well during the interview then you can demand whatever you want based on the current market value.

Hi,
You should get lead roles but designations are different than roles. Designations depend on company hierarchy and role depends on which type of work you will get in the company.
You can compare your current salary with market salary and decide the percentage for hike.
Also see company policies, variable payout amount , other benefits because these things also matter.
You can also get comapny reviews from different portals, friends who are working there etc.
If role is challenging then your professional growth will be automatically come.
All the best!

Regards,
Prachi Kulkarni.
