Can byte[] be a input to webservice

Is that possible to get byte[] array from client as input to a webservice? if possible give me code example...

You can convert a string to byte array and pass it to the desired web service.

Please check the following code:


string inputString = "DotNetSpider";
byte[] array = Encoding.ASCII.GetBytes(inputString);

The Byte array can be send across the web service easily.

Generally we convert the Image objects in a Byte array and then transfer from client to client.
