As of yet WPF isn't available to the Compact Framework and no announcements have been made for it's availability. The other XAML technology Silverlight is the only XAML technology that has been announced for Windows Mobile at this time. There haven't been announcements for the .Net Micro Framework at all. The closest thing that some one has done to this is had WPF run on a server and then send the result to a device as a static image. But that's not running WPF on the device. That is viewing an image file on a device.
