Hay Saravana,
You have not mentioned that total how many years of experience do you have. I assume that you have joined as a fresher in your current organization so I think you have 1.5 years of experience till now. Its not enough to change the job. So you can work for around a year or so and then you can look for new job. That will be god and better for the future prospective. After a year or so you can get good salary package as you will be having the 2+ year's experience.
Also as you mentioned that you are working in ERP application which is good for the future career. You will get more knowledge as the ERP project is a kind where it integrates all other departments so you will be having good domain knowledge too.
Hope it will give you some idea.

Hi,

As your experience is 18 months, i think you are capable of giving all the technical as well as domain specific answers. First judge yourself that you are confident to go for interview as dot net is very vast language.

Thanks,

Hi,
You can choose domain as per your comfort level. In Banking and financial , insurance domain there are many opportunities for .net developer.
If you want to continue in ERP , it it also a good option. You can explore more on business side as well so that it will be easier for you to understand the requirements which will help you in analyzing requirements.
Salary depends up on the company policies.
All the best.

Best regards,
Prachi.
