See Manikandan,
First remember that every body who has very good communication are freshers once upon a time.Slowly with experience they have improve their communication. If you really want to improve your skill,go to personal development skill classes.Their observe what are the things they are teaching and practice accordingly.Keep in mind, that you are going in order to improve yourself first and don't think abt for going to MNC.See in MNC also all the people doesn't have good communication skill.Slowly you will get to know :)

Hai Manikandan,
You are absolutely right that communication place a very important role for getting the job. Because if you are good in technical and you are not able to express it then there is no meaning of having good technical knowledge.
So try to improve the communication skills by talking-to the people more and more. it will not come in 1 day and will also not come while joining the English spoken classes.
It will only improve when you will talk to the people in English. Try to communicate with the people, who are from different reasons, background so that there should not be your local language as the intermediatiary language.
Hope it will be helpful to you.
