1.What kind of application are you using? Is it web or Windows application? 2.Get the requirements from the end client?[Requirements should be clear.] 3.Based on the requirements,you have to define the table structure accordingly. 4.Design the forms and write the code,based on the choice of your language[C# or VB.NET].
If you need sample projects,you can see them in project section of DNS.

how many system needed? how much data transaction per month. which technogies you are going to use? Decide windows or web then you can start developing it.

Identify entities and relationships between entities. Discuss case study in detail with client.
