Database structure on electronic records management system

Am developing an electronic file/record management system,and finding it difficult to create a good database structure to store electronic files in binary format and display them in pdf format. can anyone help me

In order to display the file in binary format,i think you can use "Image" data type present in SqlServer database.Beside this,get the requirements from the client as what we feels to be there in the application.Based on that,try to develop tables.For displaying the files in PDF format,you can use "itextsharp.dll".If you want more help,you can go to project section as mentioned by Ravindran.
