Hi Ramya,

Troubleshooting is the process of identifying the source of a problem. It is used to fix problems in .net.

.NET we can use Troubleshooting tools like clr profiler and wpf inspector for wpf application like tracing and debugging with identifying the problem and resolve it with efficient way.

For Example : In our application there is performance issue so for troubleshooting of this problem we used wpf inspector tool to see what going on internally then by tracing the service as well as visual object we comes to know there is problem with data and more service calls and at client end unwanted resources and memory leak with ribbon control.

Ravindra

Hai Rama,
Troubleshooting in the application means, there is already a software which is running under some environment.
Now it has got some issue which needs to be resolved. So to resolving the issue, we used to call we are troubleshooting for the issue.
There are couple of tools which can help in trouble shooting like CLR profiler, SQL profiler, WPF inspector etc. These tools helps in finding the issues and based on the R&D, we need to resolve the issue in the correct system.
