how to read the contents of a PDF file in asp.net?

Hi,
I haven't ever used DCN files, but if you can open this file in notepad or editpad or something similar tool then you can change the extension to .txt and read the file as normal.

Inorder to make pdf file you may use iTextSharp dll or aspose.dll or some other third party dll.
