operation time out in sending email with attachmetnt file upto 8MB in windows

There is a limit on attachment file sizes by your ISP. Check in the T&Cs.

Use a website like rapidshare.de and send your friend the link.

Done and done.

my email server supports 25 MB file size, then only I recived time out error in my application when attaching 10 mb file
please suggest !!
