how to fix this error on IIS server.

Mostly due to DNS issue,

How you are accessing the url? if it's by IP address change that with machine name.

one more thing,

Use the default setting "All Unassigned" in the IIS website properties.

NO,Actually even i m accessing locally it give same error.
