Msaccess Database Encryption and Decryption

I want vb.net or C# code for Encrypting and Decrypting the Msaccess Database.
If we give password to msaccess database,it can be obtained by Msaccess password recovery software(which can be get easily in the google.I have tested it).So to give security to Msaccess Database ,I want to do encryption and decryption.So please send me vb.net or C# code code for Encrypting and Decrypting the Msaccess Database
