you have to give full permission [ie: READ , WRITE Access ] to the Folder resides on Server

Hi, Normally if the directory you are uploading files to the virtual directory , by default it will have only the read permission, you have to assign full permission for the virtual directory and enable the anonymous login for the virtual directory.
