Conversion of files

Hello friends very good morning


Problem :--I am having multiple files with different extension .pdf, .txt,.csv,.html etc..
and i want to convert all these file in a single format .xls (Excel format)

Please give the solution its very urgent..


Note : txt file contains the data in tabular form seprated by comma so donnt confuse.
