Cannot access a closed file error occurs on some times

I want to upload multiple files up to the size(54MB).For attaching the files,no problem occurs but the problem occurs on while saving that uploaded files.And it happends for some times.The error is given below.

Error:

Cannot access a closed file.

in the web.Config file i have to write following codes.

<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="2097151" requestLengthDiskThreshold="102400" executionTimeout="90" useFullyQualifiedRedirectUrl="false" minFreeThreads="8" minLocalRequestFreeThreads="4" appRequestQueueLimit="100"/>

Give a soln for that.
