About adsense revenue

i create my google AdSense Account last on year,but not approve,but when i create through DNS account then display this massage.

"It appears that the email address you specified is currently associated with a Google AdSense account. You cannot create another AdSense account using this email address. If you already have a Google AdSense account, you may Associate your AdSense account with us to participate in the revenue sharing program. "

when i follow this massage then ask me phone number so i can't understand which phone number see this massage

"Enter last 5 digits of the phone number that you have used in your Google AdSense account, without punctuation. For example, if your phone number in AdSense account is 1 911 333 1234, enter 31234 here.
If you do not remember this information, please Sign In to your AdSense account and check under the "My Account" tab. "

i haven't my site so i want to use my DNS Reference site(http://www.dotnetspider.com/member/LALJI_MER.aspx).

So please help me...

Your Adsense account is not approved by Google so how you can associate a adsense with DNS. I will suggest you to try making a Google adsense account first. Thanks & Regards Pawan Bahuguna Free Engineering,MBA,MCA Projects
