Hi,
You can post good quality contents in the Resources section. based on the quality content you will earn points. Default is 10. Based on quality it'll increase.
Then you have the forums give answers to the queries and based on it you'll earn points. like wise for forum answers default is 2 will increase based on the answer.
then you can earn points for adding polls, bookmarks etc..
