Smart calander for .net which select date and time both

Hi,
i want i smart calander which select date and time both exactley same format(04.07.2009 14:23)and we can freely move backward and forward any time .i alreay use raddatetimepicker control but in this only one problem we cant move backword and forward .so please help me
