How to run a file continously with out stop in web application for life time. I need to send a mail on particular date to the visitor of my web site

Dear,

Just Use Window Scheduler
Locate you page in window scheduler and site time interval to excute that page and write your code to send mail.

make sure it will spamming and may be you server will not allow and block you domain.

You can do this as a Windows service also.
