First of all this is wrong place to ask this question, however I have small experience in iPhone Application development so I can share with you some information.
You need to download and install the iPhone SDK from http://developer.apple.com/iphone/, for this you need a Mac OS Platform, as of now there is no software using which we can develop iPhone application on Windows Platform.
If you have mac os, then you can download XCode and iPhone SDK then you are ready to go for iPhone development, you have lot of hello world examples at above site which i mentioned.
