Help in datagridview in vb.net

hi
i want to know how to set 2 column fixed and other columns to scroll in datagridview in vb.net is it possible in vb.net windows application datagridview control

Also can some one post the coding standards followed in both vb.net and c#.net. i feel this could help many developer who are freshers

help me as soon as possible

which .net version you are used?/
in 2008 , it is possible in windows application
set frozen property as true..
