Edit and update using gridview without datasource control

i need to update the rows which i am edit for whole grid view edit i need to work in a single button
i not suppose to use gridview edit and update datasource control
how cAn i do this

i need to read the data by row count and then i want to update the field values to database how can i do this through coding
