hi Crystal Reports produces very high quality readable reports.Sub-Reports allow the users to view the hierarchical relationship between the items.
Steps to create Sub report
1.Insert->Subreport 2.To create new sub report we can go by report wizard or we can open the sub report which already created. 3.In the report wizard Available Data Sources panel of the Standard Report Creation Wizard window, expand the Create New Connection folder ->next 4.Click the > symbol to move these fields into the Fields to Display panel, and then click Finish. 5.In the Insert Subreport dialog box, select the Link tab.6.In the panel Container Report field(s) to link to, in the list Available fields
