Passing XML through ASP.net querystring URL?

Hi All,
Need a quick solution from you guys...Plz help its urgent..
I need to access an Xml file from a querystring url of my website like this.
To be more simple when this url is loaded i shud get the xml file(OnlyXML and no html too).
http://(localhost)/download/file.aspx?assetid=XYZ
For example:
visit the following link to access an xml file
http://office.microsoft.com/download/file.aspx?assetid=HX101495071033
I want to achieve something like this. How do i do it?
